Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me what this might mean. I just launched a new campaign today targeting Canada in TJ. I certainly wasn't expecting 100% Canada traffic but this looks suspect to me. I have a pattern forming of clicks coming from chicago all from 2 consecutive IPs. They have no referring domains. The time of the visits are suspect too.
I'm guessing this is a spytool maybe?
Is this something to be expected and just ignore or is it something to be concerned with and if so what can I do?
Thanks in advance.

Not sure what's the case here, but for pof there was a spytool that was clicking on the ad 3 times to check if the LP is rotating. Something similar could be happening here.
i did some research for you
i looked up one of the ips and utrace shows me http://www.sendspace.com/ (a filehoster) as the organization.

in the next step i checked the sendfiles.com server ip

they are both in the same ip range so i guess it's just someone uploading/executing your LP files there
no need to worry
if you're still worried just block the ips on your server.
Spy tool probably scrapes your lander/advert URLs then visits them from another IP to scrape the lander and/or check for geo-based serving of different landers.
also keep in mind that it's adult traffic and no premium traffic. whole countries are surfing those sites with proxies because it's banned there. make sure to make your rules pages loading fast with proxies :-) Spytools popping up left and right, bots pushing alexa ranks and so on...And geo targeting is never 100% correct.
Unless you are getting 100s of duplicate/same ip ranges clicks a day i wouldn't worry too much. could be bots, could be me, could be spytools or someone that is really interested in your offer but didn't decide yet. so he has to come back all the time..(better CTA could fix that).or like in your case some filehosting stuff.
not sure where you are hosting your servers but if you feel more comfortable with it just send the ips over to the support so they can add them to the firewall/block them.
I use custom scripts sometimes to block traffic from wrong countries/proxies/direct traffic/spytools and stuff like that. but if someone really wants to find your LP he will, trust me. unless you host it in the darknet
i'm seeing trendmicro, mywot stuff all the time on my lps..and i'm not doing anything shady..from a marketers perspective. Even saw some some guys/girls with ips from big corporations here in germany buying stuff during their work time. why not..you gotta hurry if there are just 5 more products left, right? :-)
Only thing you have to watch out for is adnetworks sending you fraud/bot traffic..but you'll notice that immediately when your conversion rate drops unnaturally.
