Getting ads approved (Adfonic)

I was hoping someone can push me in the right direction since the ad network can't offer any helpful advice. I submitted seven text ads for an iPad sweepstakes ad with Adfonic and every one got denied. Apparently they aren't too fond of using any angle whatsoever? I'm not sure, but does anyone have and tips to help get ads approved with them outside of using "Pay $10/mo + $10 signup fee + $5/message for the 1:400k chance of winning an iPad"?

Two of the angles were "Steal an iPad for less than $20!" and "Screen too small? Win an iPad here"

I even included a dollar amount in this one. After reading through the terms, these are the only two things I could find that they might have used:

"Adfonic reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any campaigns including offers for free gifts and promotions, click-to-call services using premium rate numbers, gambling in certain territories and any misleading subscription services."

"You must ensure that all targeting accurately reflects the service/product/Site that is being advertised."

I don't think they allow "Win iPad" promos/sweeps at all.

From them:

"Adfonic does not support advertising which promotes Apple products, or offers free gifts/prizes of Apple products."

Where did you find that? It wasn't on the terms and conditions page.

Adfonic and Mojiva doesn't allow Apple stuff since 2011.

They used to send explanations for why creatives were disapproved. Haven't seen them recently though.

Good luck with your campaign!

Don't run sweepstakes on a network that don't allow it. Simple as that.

You can cloack and bait & switch but do you really don't wanna play that game.

This is a good network and for the time being they like affiliates. Running non-compliant stuff will get you booted and make it harder and harder for affiliates.

I get it. I was just not aware you couldn't run sweepstakes with them. I've only been at this for a good three weeks now. Ads pending at a different network already. Thanks for the heads up everyone.
