Need exit splash script. (14)

Need exit splash script.

Looking for an exit splash script. Looking to increase ROI on my landing pages. I would prefer an exit splash / reveal script rather than a pop under script or maybe both. I want another page to be revealed when someone tries to close the tab or window. If I can't find something will probably hire someone from Odesk to write it from scratch but thought I would try here first. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have a Demo Page I gave to the Programmer to Develop, If This can help you..

It gets the lightbox popped every time when the visitor moves his cursor across to URL address bar or to close the window..

That's pretty cool! Also, make sure it doesn't proc when people are filling out their email address and such, could intercept people about to convert.

Yeah, its somehow activated only when the cursor moves towards the url address bar, shouldn't be a problem..lets see if he can do the job as expected (fingers crossed)

His script uses the "modal" function of the Switch script. See the bootstrapswitch.js file linked in near the top of the html document. You can go here and see the example right at the bottom (press ON to see) - difference is, the content is replaced and it's activated only when mouse is not in the active browser area.

How to detect when browser leaves active browser area:
javascript: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9...ves-the-window

Pass these along to your programmer if you want, he won't have any issues coding this! It's just about combining these two scripts. Actually he should be able to copy straight from the website you gave originally, just hosting the JS files on his own sever.

That's sick But for me using firefox it's activated anytime my cursor goes outside the screen which could interfere a little with conversions I think, it's almost too easy to trigger it.

This should make a huge difference in conversions or even a small difference will make a big difference on ROI.

Also, if anyone has a good popunder script I would love to take a look. I have tried a few of them but they aren't popping for me in Firefox. May not be the script and is probably user error

This won't be working on mobile because there is no mouse movement which is needed to detect if the user is moving to wards closing the windows. Maybe in a few years when phones aren't controlled by touching the screen anymore

Check out www.BeforeYouBounce.com
It is a new fully managed Back Offer tool, so you don't need to install any code. Plus it is free.
I must declare I've developed this tool.

Looks interesting but unfortunately having 20% of clicks redirected to someone else's link is enough to turn away most savvy affiliates, especially any doing volume.
