Where can I get these traffic?

I'm seeing a lot of trustedoffer.com and trkjump.com as the "upstream site" when I spy on my competitors. A search on google says that it's one of the addon or toolbar that they installed that caused this "malware" but I just couldn't find the source that i can buy such traffic... Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks Snipe...but it dosen't seem like it. I managed to track down a software people are complaining about that redirects to trkjump.com and installed it on my computer. I'm seeing a lot of intext links....its funny how i managed to get their software but couldn't find where I can purchase the traffic.

It does seem like 50onRed...without the usual Text-Enhance branding..
