Photoshop output to HTML

I'm not an expert in using photoshop, just not sure, does photoshop especially CS5 has any option to export your PSD into HTML code ? Does the html code clean ? or added some rubbish code into it ?

I just viewed a youtube video which seem the author manually coded the xhtml code, I thought might save some time if photoshop able to do the job. Human do get lazy at time and being efficient when needed

SiteGrinder is the only thing I have heard of.

IMO best option is to use some WYSIWYG editor that gets the general HTML/CSS done for you, splice and dice images you want in Photoshop, output it all then manually tweak the lander via the source code directly. Hitting the source code is always going to give you the most reliable results so it's more about how you can save time getting a simple page laid out and ready to finalise.

Yep, this is something of a Holy Grail for designers, and so far SiteGrinder is pretty much it for usable options (aside from the mass of outsourcing companies offering to do it for you manually). I've seen a couple of startups on Hacker News claiming to have solved this problem, but they all seem to mysteriously vanish after a while.

Photoshop has the ability to "Slice" your images and output an HTML table that reassembles the slices, but it's not really (IMO) usable for much Web work. Quite apart from being size-inefficient, it's very easy to break the layout if you make any adjustments, and very hard to fix it again.

Muse is a pretty solid solution to this problem, in my opinion. Unsurprisingly given it's from Adobe, it works a lot like Photoshop, and I find that I can work with Muse and Photoshop together pretty efficiently to create sites in a What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) way. As Zeno says, you generally have to tweak the code afterward, unless you're particularly enthusiastic about slow-loading, out of date versions of JQuery, but it's a LOT cleaner than most WYSIWYG programs' output.

Im using wysiwyg webuilder ($50) to create the HTML code and photoshop to design.
I think its more than enough to run campaigns.

I guess the more I tweaked the LP the more efficient I'm

Fireworks is having the option to export your layout into HTML & CSS.

I tried it and it does not work badly. But I prefer the manual implementation - I've been doing it about 10 years that way.
