hey guys,

did anyone realize that in exoclick, € and USD have exactly same minimum bid!!
eg RON ES price --> 0,10€ but with USD account, RON ES price is 0.10$
diff is that the euro is at 1.3 usd, meaning ALL the guys that have a EUR account setup with exoclick pay 30% MORE for any minimum bid!!

solution? when u create an account, dont select a € country in the country..
select US, canada, hongkong or whatever, and once setup, u can change it again to your home country (this is what defines the currency in account creation)

Yeah, I had the same issue when creating my account a couple months ago. After talking to support they told me to do exactly what you mentioned, if you already have an account just set up a new one, select US, change it afterwards and tell support to disable your old account.

They also told me that not only are the min bids higher, but €0.10 will give you exactly as much traffic as $0.10, so I would really advise everybody to set their accounts up with USD currency.

yeah, it's just the exchange rate and Exo doesn't care to convert, so $1 = €1 in terms of traffic

yeh vat is an issue as well, i just funded TJ and lost some of my money due to vat, but im not wanting to vat register as then ill have to pay vat on all of my other income as well which means setting up a new company just for this which at the moment is a little pointless as im still learning. What a ballache i hate VAT!

Nothing to do with VAT. If you provide a VAT number on invoices doing business inside Europe, you're not reliable for charging VAT.

Same goes for Exo, I got a verified VAT there before with a Euro account. I think it's just because of the min bid sizes / bids just converted 1:1 and not by the daily changing exchange rate.

no, the VAT applies only to companies or people that are based in spain -->> 21%, like me for instance..
the dolar is at 1.3 for 1euro, meaning 30% more expensive if u spend on exo with a euro account, and if u re in spain, u d pay 30% for the eur (compared to usd) PLUS an extra 21% VAT tax (which u do get back when government decides to pay back, that takes some time

i dont think they dont care, i think they care very much so, they care NOT to convert rates at all, exo knows very well that they take an extra 30% margin for ALL EUR accounts

Yeah curious if this is really the case and especially the part where $ = € when it comes to your bid. Seems weird to me since exo is from spain, but if that is the case I'm changing my currency asap.

I've talked to them in person at Internext and according to the guy there they do use an exchange rate. I wouldn't take their word for it though as support previously told me that $1 = €1

So glad I read this thread, I always seem to get the lowest ROI on exo compared to other sources. If I can get USD pricing instead of EUR, that would change quite a few things.
