Traffic Factory wants a deposit before approving my account!

Hey Fellas,

Whats your experience with TF? I applied for an account and they wont approve my account until i deposit 300usd...

I want to see the platform and see how it works before plunking 300usd...

Is this normal? The response i got back from the approver was kind of rude... All i said was that other networks let you see the platform before you make a deposit...

"I cannot approve your account unless I confirmation you will deposit with us. I am happy other networks work in this way, however we do not.

I have explained how we work and would be happy to explain in more detail if necessary. If you would like to proceed I would need to know when you would be ready to make a deposit. Once I know you are ready I can approve your account."

Hehe I just had the same experience with them right now. $300 just to get in and look around.

Pretty much spot on from what I know, they got some smallish other sites, but last time I talked to a rep they said around 99% of their traffic comes from those two sites.

i've tried to ask them about how much NL, DE or ES inventory they have, but they told me that this is secret information and they can't tell me until i funded my account for $300 lol

Their traffic is pretty huge as they do both, banners and pop unders. Just check their alexa up, they are top100 for most countries anyway

Hmm wasn't aware that they only had placements for those two sites.

I understand that they may have a minimum deposit, but like drughi says you cannot even login to the platform and look at CPMs,etc.
Good way to keep out the newbs like me though hehe.

They dont have cpm actually, only cpc.

For banners yes. For pops CPM (correct me if I'm wrong).

Yes, i meant for banners. Pops are on CPM.

I have good experiences with TrafficFactory. I would recommand 'em. It's CPC only for banners idd. Have no experiences with popus. Volume is good. I'd say deposit those 300 bucks and play around. Don't worry.
