Is anyone making changes to their diet offers/LPs in light of Doctor Oz's comments about affiliates the other day? I'm a noob and I make no $ so I'm running as a sole prop at the moment and would prefer not to be sued in my 2nd month of AM.

Does anything ever come of this kind of thing (cough...acai)?

hadn't seen that before, just checked it out. I don't run anything like that but I'd imagine that they'd have to have a hefty budget dedicated to tracking down every lander out there.

he don't need to track it down others will for him....he has a big following and I imagine he is building up quite a case against a few guys...I am sure he will just start by going after the big fish first....and please don't be nieve enough to think just cuz your not in the USA your "safe"....

Wow polarbacon, sure glad I didn't launch my diet rebill campaign today featuring a lander with a video of him! Banned from adwords, bing, fb, and sued all within one month of AM woulda been a pretty rough time!

I wonder how much difference referencing him makes. I can see people trying to slip by.

Yeah... if you're just starting out in AM stay hella clear of rebills and anything involving flogs/farticles/advertorials etc, stick to something safe until you know the 'state-of-the-nation' so to speak.
