What to do if you want to present a long sales letter on PPV?

I'm thinking of promoting offers other than email/zip submits on LeadImpact. I think that the higher the payout, the more I have to convince the visitors into taking the action I want. So, that means a more detailed landing page with more facts, images, stories, testimonials etc.

How can I fit them in 775×400 window size of the popup? Should I really be bothered or it doesn't really matter? What is your experience in promoting biz-opp offers? Does it needs longer landing page? How about As seen on TV offers?

Why don't you go Pop lander -> sales page lander -> offer? You could make the pop eye catching with big titles, pictures, etc. Maybe a couple lines starting the article which will intrigue the user, then a "click to read more" button?
