Ok, so I am starting up a first campaign on POF. I am debating which demographic to target:
Either;
1. general (average men) with a spin on the concept not sure if it's really original but it's what I would respond to.
2. Women, I hear this is a good market. What are the benefits of targeting women?
3. Elderly or BBW. Is this niche large enough for $100 + day profit sort of area.
Looking for some general input here on the demographic easiest to target and get a ROI for first campaign.
Targeting women means good quality and pay bumps, at least if you're targeting women age 25+ at least. 40+ is ideal.
Targeting elderly is also good quality. BBW is easy to target and you can hit this one multiple ways. Target men who like BBW women, make a lander that appeals to them, and place a general dating offer on the back end. Or you can target bigger men that are looking for love and use the same follow up, lander -> general dating offer. Or you can take a niche dating offer (e.g. BBpeoplemeet) and advertise to BBW's, but be wary, they are very, very strict about quality on PoF traffic.
I signed up for POf to see what ads got served to me, and it was 99% BBW, Asian and Russian. I can really design a lander in anyway and I got some good looks at the transition landers people are using, pretty ugly simple shit with some pre-qualifiers. My budget is about 1k, to find a profitable spot so I want to make sure I hit things the right way. I know most of the offers are BBW mate 1 sort of stuff anastasia. i'm just wondering if those offers have already been dried up. Also, on my networks I don't see a lot of female targeted dating offers.
Rule of thumb: everything 25+. Think about it like that: who's more likely to pay for a paid membership, a 19 year old who wants to see some tits or a 38 year old who just got divorced ?
The older your audience is, the better your quality => the better you can get paid (bumps etc.). Female leads in general is a god way not to get booted from an offer as well.
