Long Term Successful Campaign - PPV - Financial

The campaign has been running successfully for 3 years now. Not a major banker as such, but gives a steady profit every month, pretty much on auto pilot. Every 3 months or so, I just add new url targets if any (new sponsored listings on google/bing) to the existing ones. After some testing and deciding on the winner, I've been using the same LP over the years. Offer performance is usually consistent, but when it drops , I rotate similar offers, and keep the best performing one.

I'll not reveal the offer or the precise niche, as the campaign is still being profitable for me. The challenge with this campaign is the targets are super competitive, and I really get only a small part of the traffic. It's not quite scalable in the sense that angles don't work, it's only the straight forward relevant targets.

So, here are the (approximate) stats ...

Niche: Financial
Traffic Source: PPV (TV & LI)
Time Frame: 3 Years

Total Ad Spend: $45,000
Total Revenues: $100,000
Average Profit per Month: $1,500
Most Profitable Month: $5,000

Total PPV Views: 1,000,000
Average Cost per View: $0.045
Overall CPC: $0.45
Overall EPC: $1.00
No. of targets: 2000+ main urls (plus many variations of those urls)
DL/LP: LP
Average TV LP CTR: 12%
Average LI LP CTR: 7%

Guess that covers almost everything. Ask if you have any questions. I'll try my best to answer.

Congratzzz man, keep it going. Long term campaigns are always better than anything...

Does your LP has too much of text to convince the user ?? What LP CTR one should aim to generally for this niche?

LP is kind of semi professional looking. Not ugly for sure. One big image, 3 benefits, 1 CTA. Current date and geo displayed on LP at the top. No Audio or Video.

10% overall CTR is good IMO. I can probably try to increase the CTR by testing more landers, but the traffic is slow, so it takes long time to get data. But it's really the traffic volume,, there's only so much optimizing you can do on LP. 100% ROI on auto pilot is pretty good, so I just let it run.

Indeed thats what I do with my facebook and POF campaigns, if the traffic is low, I just let it run til its profitable no matter if its giving me 50% ROI.
