Hey Guys,
I entered a CPM in TJ and an hour later i went in to my TJ account and found that the CPM is set to 1.20... I set it about half that.... I told TJ about it and they said they would look into it...
The homepage of my campaign it has a CPM of .39 and when i click on the campaign it says the CPM is 1.20....
Anyone else seeing that? Is there a time lag of an hour or so between when you change the campaign and when it shows up? Something doesnt add up.... Bc, i never set the CPM to 1.20 at all..... But, it ran all my traffic at that price...
I spent 180USD for 287 clicks!
I've experienced this before. Always go back 5 mins later to check your bids.. Their shit is glitchy as fuck.
SO, but what do you do about it? its more than double my original bid and got me traffic in less that 30 mins, but at the same time, ate my budget ... My budget went negative.... When i talked to TJ about it they said, we'll look into it...
I've seen weirder shit go on with their platform. As I said, they're not going to fix it overnight if ever. Just do yourself your own diligence and make it a habit to double-check stuff.
From what I know they are 'planning' to upgrade their platform, probably long overdue. Always be careful with their platform, couple of bugs, especially display bugs from my experience are always there to be found.
So, what do you do? I checked 5 mins later and i had already run out of budget for testing... What due diligence can i do? For instance right now, i changed my bid to .xx and my campaign is paused and it still says my CPM is 1.20.... How the hell do i get it changed?
Lower your budget to 25$ before changing your bid. Once you're confident that your bid is set correctly, increase your budget.
Perhaps you could use the platform glitchs for your favor?
Though very blackhat, I used to temper Megaclick before shutdown, they had a very buggy platform
Got 1c CPM that way
sarsap, how did you temper Megaclick ? lol
