Add Admob and Adwords to the list, but to be honest these days the vast majority of ad networks will offer you carrier targeting.

Yep they have ISP targeting which is the same as carrier targeting.

I'd stay away from human demand though. Shitty attitude and nonexistent support + horrible interface.

^^ You would figure they would sort they shit out after closing a new round of investment.

Awesome stuff, thanks guys!
I'll update the original list.

Carrier targeting is being removed from the Adwords interface for googles big dumb cash grab with enhanced camps....

so I would remove that from the list....

Noted.

Any idea when they will be implementing that?

According to my rep over there, its only for mobile search for now. Mobile display and in-app inventory will still feature carrier/device targeting for the near future. (but I'm sure that will be gone eventually too)

In theory you should be able to select only ad networks with carrier targeting this from our database here http://www.mobyaffiliates.com/mobile...ile-ad-network OR http://www.mobyaffiliates.com/mobile...ile-ad-network - probably not 100% accurate but may surface a few more ...

We've got all the data extracted into a spreadsheet as well I should try and get that online ...

+ Tapit
+ Senddroid

Question: I've read that you need IP targeting with Buzzcity to get the carrier traffic... IS that still true or do they have decent carrier targeting now?

They have carrier targeting, not sure how accurate it is though!

No TapIt on that list?

Justin just added it + Sendroid.

Atleast 80% of mobile sources have carrier targeting. A list almost isn't needed

Still helpful to have a list of mobile sources, though.
