We've had this thread before. Nobody is going to risk their account to get you in.

If you're doing volume, ask one of your AMs to have your network co-sign you.

Or just contact someone at TV they like money so if you make volume they will let you in

Yeah it's really hard to get in to, I still need to get in.

I even offered to drive over to their office to meet them.

They're pretty active in seeking out new advertisers on the affiliate groups on facebook, or at least were a few months back.
