How you get $0.06 clicks with 0.15% ctr? I have to get 0.5%+ ctr to get $0.05 cpc.

How long did you run this campaign?

Could be worth breaking it up and testing smaller pieces to see if one demo converts better than another? Maybe that's enough to get you profitable. You could loose some traffic, but when knowing which demo converts you could scale it back up again.
