Does anyone have any good resources on online copyright law?
e.g How effective is making a claim under Claimant's notice, per 17 U.S.C. Sec. 512?
If a person makes this claim, can a company like Hostgator shut down the site. What are the counter-arguments (if the site is somewhat similar but not the same)
