There is no other way than buying traffic and testing it.
It will also depend a lot on offer / lander so even if someone has some data to share they won't be useful.
In game WiFi traffic converts the best for diet.
Only way is to test, a lot of it will be based on demographics, mainly being AGE.
..and AGE will depend on the apps/sites your advertising on.
So lots of testing and site/app targeting will play a key role when need to target specific demos
