Bob in risk management said "no" .

I have never ran a single ad on FaceBook- ever.

Not one ever, under any account.

Oh well I am done with begging FB to take my non corporate money.

On to Adult and or POF!

Besides the issues with accounts, there are a lot of things that have changed with the way ads are served on the FB platform over the last year or more and I have only seen ad performance go downhill. And more changes roll out by the month. There was cutting ad size down from 110x80 to 99x72. Headlines from 35 char to 25, body from 125 to 90. Lots of advertisers still use 110x80 images that FB then rescales. Then they started serving 7 ads a page instead of 4, making many of them below the fold. Then they started impression recycling on the marketplace ads. Then more and more spots for ads to be delivered giving a huge boost in empty/useless impressions that kill your CTR. Then oCPM comes in, as well as efforts to monetise mobile and provide more engaging ads in your news feed. Suddenly ads that used to get a healthy 0.200% CTR start the day with 7,000 impressions and no clicks.... huh.

The end result is a convoluted platform where ad performance metrics go to hell and the end user gets less and less interested in anything ad-related. Low payout offers become less profitable and the higher performing offers (e.g. dating) get most people banned. Well done FB.

Registration and Account Security

Facebook users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

You will not provide any false personal information on Facebook, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
You will not create more than one personal account.
If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
You will not use your personal timeline primarily for your own commercial gain, and will use a Facebook Page for such purposes.
You will not use Facebook if you are under 13.
You will not use Facebook if you are a convicted sex offender.
You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
You will not share your password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
You will not transfer your account (including any Page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

This has always been the case so people are generally breaking ToS in that regard. Though there are situations where you want multiple accounts legitimately, mainly because (for some dumb reason...) FB only lets you bill one primary funding source and their unchangeable timezone + dead time around the day change. Ideally those would be business accounts though so not the same as personal accounts.

Man you give up quickly

I actually had an account banned, and when I inquired about it 6months later acting like I didnt know anything about why I got banned (even though I was pushing rebills)....they sent me a questionairre, and asked for ID...I had setup a "non profit organization" page and had a small following, so my plea was to please open the account so I can promote this lovely non profit cuz the "board members" were counting on me to do fundraising, and I "had no idea my account was suspended"... Low and behold a few days later I got an email APOLOGIZING about the suspension and they said I was all good to go...account reactivated! ID helps!
Along with a good story
