It was pretty hard for me to find CPA (Affiliate) Networks when I first started, so I thought I would post a link to get fresh newbies started.
Mr. Green mentioned this site in an article he wrote describing what he would do if he had to start all over again. I can't find the article or else I would post a link. But regardless, this site has all the sites you would ever need to join.

There are reviews to go along with the sites and many users even post screenshots of their accounts to prove that they made money from these sites. Hope this helps.
Though your first 2 out of 3 posts have mentioned this site, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since your first post expressed wanting to help people.
This is a terrible site. The reviews are moderated/removed based on bribes from affiliate networks, and there's no credibility or legitimacy whatsoever.
Yeah I was just gonna say, there have been several allegations of paid removals of bad reviews on that joint.
