Online marketing, particularly through social media, is something we're trying to focus on going forward, and if you and your company have expertise there, we would be interested having further discussions about it!"
I've never done offline marketing much less know the best way to handle this situation. Any ideas?

Social media is generally dumb for local businesses when compared to other things to focus on, unless you're a foodcart in SF circa 2009-11.......
Being brief, you will want to do SEO and mobile/email listbuilding from their web presence and in the store. Giveaways/contests are great to get people on the list.
