Which platform has high quality traffic？Could be recommended? (6)

I have been in mobile marketing for a few months. There are some kinds of platforms and offers I have tried, a large number of threads I have been scanned. However, I couldn’t find out which kind of offer is suitable for me. It makes me confused. I lost myself in this marketing. But I never give up in this marketing. Recently, I want to focus on one kind of offer and find a high quality traffic platform. My budget may be $3000-$4000 at first. Because of some reasons, I cant do adult and gambling.
Traffic:
I bought some traffic from blind network, such as inmobi, Airpush, Buzzcity and so on. I cant get any profit from them, and some platforms I cant get one conversion. Where can I buy traffic which has high quality traffic?
And I recharged a little in everytime，the quality is related to money in my account?
Offer:
I will focus on sweepstake ,but I dont know which platform is suitable to me.
I hope some people could give me some advice about this
You don't really need high quality traffic to get sweepstakes to work. If you are asking what network converts best for being running sweepstakes I doubt you will get good answers (people want to keep what's working private). I can tell you I've made sweepstakes on inmobi and Airpush work. I'd recommend starting with an international sweepstake campaign on Airpush.

I disagree w/ nissangtr on the inmobi budget issue - you can get good impressions for less than $100/day. However... don't let your remaining campaign budget fall below $10, because the traffic really does stop altogether. If you're testing with a $10 budget then that could be your problem right there w/ the zero impressions.
I'd also get off sweepstakes at first if you're relatively new to marketing. The extra steps with creating presells, split testing & tracking, plus all the other normal complications in mobile sounds like a problem you don't need right now. After all, you're just trying to figure out traffic sources.
1) Go find the list of traffic sources posted recently. It's a big spreadsheet - I'm too lazy to go find it. In my experience most of the mobile platforms have quality traffic. You just have to figure out how to dig down into it. That means you don't have to find some secret traffic source (though those help) to make a campaign profitable. You just have to be smarter or a better hustler/negotiator than the others who are advertising there.
2) Go to your AMs and find some pin submit or better yet msisdn offers. Just work on buying traffic right now & slicing your data to dig out the profitable segments.
3) Get a rep at inmobi - you're doing something wrong with your settings, because they have a mountain of traffic. If you do all 3 and report back with what you're doing, I'll give you a tip on imobi that will help you once you have traffic coming in.
