I installed the GeoIP db, and sent just a few clicks to make sure the carrier/brand/brand/model, etc detection was working properly. However, I don't think it is setup properly. When I select carrier (or any of the other possibilities such as brand, model, etc.) in the Group overview, it comes up with [no carrier] for all the clicks. Why is this and how do I resolve it?
Do I need to install any other DB other than the GeoIP stated in the instructions?

Sorry, I missed your post over there. My bad.
As bbrock said over there, check if you've got the appropriate PHP mod installed. If not, you'll need that for the system to work.
