Which are some click to call traffic sources. I know airpush and leadbolt,
also what devices or frames support click to call, I seen many clicks in ad network but on cpa network it shows half.
From my experience, the only traffic source that works for Pay Per Call is paid search.
If you try to send push traffic to a PPCall offer, the quality probably isn't going to be good enough and the advertiser will pull you from the offer.
bing and adwords mobile traffic.
it's also worth looking at web listings (yellowpages, etc) - some of them provide advertising services. the traffic is targeted and usually a good arbitrage opportunity but not especially scalable except across multiple cities/services.
