Google Content Network Image Ads Approval?

Sometimes I submit banner ads on GCN and they stay 'under review' forever, and never gets approved. Anyone experienced with GCN know why I am having this issue?

I've had it happen before. If your account isn't flagged I would try to resubmit them if its been longer than a week. Or call/email them.

Alright, how do I know if I'm flagged? I've been banned from adwords before but I'm using new payment info, although I'm still using same name/company name.

only way to know for sure is to contact them unfortunately. or if you get no impressions for a month

Lol i remember the last time I submitted images to google. It was a while after I was running polls and I questioned why the approval was taking so long for image ads and they responded back that I was banned
