Trouble creating new Bing accounts

This hasn't been an issue until a few weeks ago, but I'm running into problems creating new Bing accounts. They end up getting banned within a couple of hours even when running test campaigns to local businesses.

I am resetting my modem/router to get a new IP address, using a cloned VM (no cookies, etc) and have Paypal set as my payment method (funded with a VCC). I've even tried using public wifi (Starbucks, McDonald's) and creating a new account on my phone. Almost 100% are getting suspended.

I'm at a loss as to what else I can change about my setup to get accounts working. Any help would be appreciated!

does the paypal account name matchs the account name? And make sure the paypal account is clean.

Yes I make sure the names/emails match up. And the paypals are new, but unverified.

Do you need many accounts? You need a more sophisticated setup if aiming to use vouchers or whatever. If you want to run a long-term account (remember you can have 3 total accounts per funding source, and advertise the same business -- all within their stated rules), get a new credit card, use the assistance they can provide you. I have 2 Bing accounts, and one has a rep that I got (in part) by using their setup assistance (they setup the first campaign for you etc. if you say your budget is 2k a month). If you can get them on the phone during this process (I did), your account can become invincible, I've done the shadiest of shady without cloaking and they've denied some of my LPs dozens of times over 12 months without further action.

Bing can be very worth it if you stay close to the source.

Again, please share your gameplan (how many accounts, how frequently?). Either way, I have never had trouble simply signing up to a VPN service that has 10+ locations in the US, use a fake address (on a real street/suburb in the area of the VPN IP address) and a cheap VCC for voucher method, or a real new US credit/debit card (you can get these if outside the US, I had to send in a lot of ID though) and keep topping the card up.

Getting a US card + using a mail forwarder service (I am using my MyUs account, just tacked on the mail forwarding service) can easily get you a verified US PayPal account if you go about it smartly. Then you can fund Bing via PayPal if you like (makes sense for me as I get paid via PayPal through my own products/services so the money goes into PP then back into Bing, loopedy-loop).

Non-verified PayPal account, with a VCC will not get you a long-lasting account. Keep a spreadsheet and ONLY use your VPN to access that Bing account. If that gets banned, tell your VPN service provider to switch you to a different IP in a different region (so you're now in LA instead of New York) and go through the process again.

Again, I've never been banned, but I am really careful about my account setups. Also I run very cleanly now. Fooling a detection system isn't so hard. Just go that extra mile, spend the $10 for the VPN and go from there.
