Outstanding balance with GAW (5)

Outstanding balance with GAW

I have an outstanding balance with GAW and the payment doesn't go through because of the amount (I have enough money but my bank says the merchant is declining, adwords says the opposite). I'm unable to advertise and lost a lot of revenue already so I created another account (new everything). I have two questions then:

1. How long does it take to be able to spend at least 4 digits a day on a new account?

2. What will they do if I don't settle that amount? It's like mid 5 figs, and all they have is name address and CC number. Since it's easy to fake that kind of info I doubt they can prove anything. I heard they hire 3rd party collection agencies, the lady said that "I wasn't going to be able to advertise with that account or any other related one".

Any advice?

1) as quickly as you want
2) collection agency

Why would your bank say the merchant is declining the transaction, makes no sense to me at all. Google charges your card and it either gets approved or denied?

i had the same problem with facebook in past. and both parties were blaming each other. the problem was with bank only. may b you should try contacting higher authority at bank.

is this a credit card or a DEBIT card big dif there....

Debit cards in the states are limited to a max of about 8k a day .....you might be able to get a once off raise but you will have to call the bank and talk to the people to get it thru....

this is a hard set rule by visa/mc on debit cards only.....

regular credit cards don't have that kinda limit...

one other thing I will mention....is that if its a Amex they can do some weird things with limits sometimes that cause issues...you may have to escalate it up....I had one issue with them before and I was able to get a temp raise on the card..

1) are you sure about the limit? What stops people from putting in fake details, spend 5 figs then canceling the card? I bet they have some sort of protection agains't that in place.

It's a debit card, so that might be the reason why. Bank says they can't do anything (spoke to the highest authority I could find), and I don't have a credit card with that limit.
