You might want to check out gfy.com for some of these as they're generally going to be different from the media buying sources, but off the top of my head:

chokertraffic.com
avatraffic.com
trafficshop.com
trafficholder.com

Data cost is irrelevant in the absence of quality.

But I think this stuff is more for webmasters who are looking to boost traffic to their tube sites or whatever else they may be running. I'll leave someone else to expand as it isn't really my area either.

ya.... dusklife... thats all i can see it good for... just to show boost in #'s.... i mean who the hell is going to get data (i.e. conversions etc.) from the crap of the crap traffic? to me that makes no sense.... your answer was the only on that made any sense.
