I run search traffic on useless keywords, and find some of the queries really funny.
Examples
"i need download pes2012 please can anyone show me install it iam nigeria my name pes boy"
"if i don t sperm entering my body during sex normal"
"i want fuck you he told my evever everything toldveryeverything me everthing"
Would it be possible to rank for useless crap like this on google?
And then redirect this traffic to an offer page...
Or will my site simply be slapped and removed...

You could rank for it, and it wouldn't be that hard to do so, although Google does try to auto-correct so you may have to rank for:

I've had this problem with Google autocorrect.
Although they will get next to no traffic so may not be worth it.
