How to handle the CPA Network swapping an offer on us - Can it be done automatically?

Is there a way to have traffic routed when the CPA Network pulls and switches an offer on us?

If not www.nice-tits.com then route to Disneyland.com ?

just switch your link in the HTML file or whatever tracker you are using?

mundo has a smart-redirect feature which you can turn off, if you don't want traffic to be redirected (happens when several of the same IP's see the offer).

Otherwise, your aff network should message you when the offer gets taken down (obviously).

Besides contacting the network/advertisers or using built in redirect features some networks have..

The only way I can think of that should work is using a full page iframe then use javascript to redirect if the iframe src does not equal your aff network redirect domain/url (plus additional redirect domains/urls) or the offer domain/url.

My friend Ian's service would do the trick to notify you: www.offersnitch.com

It really hasnt been a problem for me but if you need something done like that a coder can easily do it for cheap. Offersnitch is basically a premium service that you can get done by a coder...

Pingdom's free plan would let you know if the offer page gets taken down, but not if the network redirects to another offer.

You can also scan for certain html code on the page with pingdom so it should be possible.

I would opt for hassling the network to do what you want. It's much easier if it's done on their end.

Other than that, you would probably want to get something coded ad hoc to constantly check an affiliate link for the headers/page returned which then modifies your tracking setup if some situation arises. The simplest way in my mind would be for outgoing clicks to go to redir.php and having a backup called redir2.php. If shit hits fan > program running on server that checks aff link forces rename of redir > redir2 and redir2 > redir >> all sorted.
