*** Mundo & IMobiTrax Postback !

HI Guys

I am trying to setup a postback with Mundo Media. Usually, their token which goes after the "subid=" should be %SUBID1%. Can anyone help Please!! Believe it or not I spent 3 days with my mundo manager and a tech guy and they could not setup postback for CPVLab so I am sure they are pretty clueless with ImobiTrax . Is anyone using Mundo with Imobitrax?

Thx.

with Mundo it's not &subid= it's &subid1=

That might be your issue.

yes, that is for placing the offer I am referring to placing the imobitrax or cpvlab pixel. For Example for imobitrax this is what I am placing as postback http://mydomain.com/imobi/track.php?subid=%SUBID1%

Why don't you just email the imobitrax team. Bill, Ryan or Ruck would answer this right away from the helpdesk. Duh.

yes I did email them but they are not familiar with Mundo and Mundo tech support is clueless. Just wondering if anyone was using imobitrax with Mundo.

I don't use iMobi or CPVLab but postback URLs should be straight forward.

I do however work with Mundo and yes, it's %SUBID1% if you're using subid1. That's how my global postback is setup.

If that's not working there's a problem somewhere else. The only thing I can think of is to make sure you're passing your click ids to your offers..

i use imobi with mundo and have no issues - it may be a problem with your imobitrax install, maybe ask imobi support
