PPV Targeting Guide (request)

I'd like to request a guide purely on targeting. The ins and outs of it. What's allowed, what's not, how to find good targets, differences between keywords on LeadImpact & TrafficVance, etc... This would be really helpful for me and others, I haven't found anything on the forum so far that goes beyond offering a few tips. So, yeah, requesting a comprehensive guide! (fingers crossed)

this would be an awesome guide. i also want to see

-how to find targets for different offers and the above mentioned
-how many targets to start with on a new campaign
-what lateral targeting is

- suggested volume requirements (Alexa/Compete/etc...) for targets
- demographics of GameVance (TV) and HotBar (LI) users
- strategies and processes for choosing targets
- getting deeper traffic from high volume sites
- advanced tip/tricks

Yeah, this guide could be KILLER. It would definitely help a lot of us trying to get our first profitable campaigns off the ground. Thanks @bbrock

I'm always trying to think of new target gathering techniques, so a compiled list of those would be very helpful.

I would love to see how you expand on a profitable URL when you find one.
-URL Variations
-Using Keywords related to url
-Targeting Internal pages on that site
-Finding related targets to that winner.

I'm pretty good at doing all of those things but I'm sure you've got a great tip that I justs didn't think of that could really help.

I'd also be interested. There is a ton of info on other topics here, but targeting info seems to be pretty scattered.
