Adwords help on diet campaigns!

Hey there.

New to adwords and built my first campaign based on keywords I got from google's kw tool. Each suggested group was it's own adgroup. I then made very general diet ads.

This campaign did 100% ROI unoptimized at a $200 spend.

Then I tried to create a campaign "correctly" meaning narrowly grouped keywords with ads matching the search terms.

This got me a much better ad ctr and cpc, but the lp ctr tanked along with offer conversions.

Any advice on how to correctly build and optimize a diet search campaign from the beginning?

Are you going ad to offer directly or via an LP?

LP's will help.

Nevermind it looks like you tried LP's.

Well it looks like your incorrect broad way worked very well!

Id want to know if cloaking will help you get a better cpc.
