At this point, I would not be concerned about the account locking up due to ID verification or suspicious billing. Usually if the account has been around for quite a bit, has some spend, then when you swap your new card in it would usually be fine. Just make sure you use an IP in the same country.
The only concern is tarnishing the reputation of your friend's company in Facebook's database. If at some point your account is disabled due to your ads, it might very end up blacklisting your friend's company.
Get a cheap laptop, air card, problem solved.
