Currently I am planning my own lead generation offer for the US market (living in Germany). Now I have a few general questions:
1. Do the leads generated through offers like http://scholarshipzone.com/scholarship-application or http://solarsavingsamerica.com/get-free-estimate/ qualified by phone or directly sent to the buyer?
2. How do you get paid by american companies as a lead seller? Wire, check, credit card or paypal...?
3. What is the best way to acquire new lead buyers?
