After I got my personal account bumped to 1k a day ad spend, I get the illogical compromised account e-mail and my ads account was disabled. Needless to say I am relentlessly e-mailing them and sending in support inquiries to get my account unlocked. I have not been cloaking, only been running clean ads on this account.
It's a bit of a hassle, and I was wondering if anyone runs through a 3rd party, an agency that may be listed here: http://www.facebook-studio.com/directory/agencies/
Or is it better if I attempted to get my own agency account or just wait until I can get my personal account unlocked?
Are Agency accounts bullet proof?
I don't think anything is bullet proof on FB, but when my account gets suspended just for getting a bump while I'm following Facebook's ToS entirely...it's a bit annoying. I have campaigns waiting to scale and I feel like this is money just getting burned.
If you got banned on your personal, a agency wont run your ads. A agency will verify who you are, run a credit check on you, and if you try to run with a agency (under their accounts) and something happens where their agency accounts are impacted due to your offer etc, there will be issues between you and the agency and you can owe them more money than you think. I had a whitehat offer I ran 100% legit too, fully compliant, no cloaking, and got my personal banned and tried to get it back thru multiple agencies, it is the same response. Facebook just says they do not want our business and says nothing else besides that we violated their policies (lol).
