What networks do you guys recommend for Legal Offers? currently do some promotion on facebook but looking to take my traffic elsewhere. I have tried Bing/Adwords, but the quality score is a killer.
legal offers are usually hard to crack..why dont you test a variety of ad networks and see whats working best for you ?
