That's a hard one.
Finding the right offer on the right network requires some research.
I use Offervault, Odigger and ask around.
Reading here, you will see HUGE differences in ROI for the same exact offer and creatives , running on different networks.
based on tv advertising i am leaning toward offers that have SOCIAL APPEAL in offline world affluent customers love CHARITY -its tax write off PETS-- makes them feel good.
