Geo-redirects- Is it safe to georedirect for nations not targeted by my ad?

Would it be OK to geo redirect for nations other than my target nation?

Does FB check using IP's from Nations other than those being targeted by the ad?

To where? They should be redirected to the offer page directly.

Of course they do. That's basically the entire reason for needing georedirection. FB doesn't care where your ads are targeted, they will check from wherever their current awake/active reviewers are. If they get bounced to an offer wall or offer not available page it screams "I'm a noob affiliate please kill me now before I get any campaigns profitable".

I was hoping their reviewers are reviewing based on the targeted country.
