do you know any online Pre Paid Card to use with Bing ads(adcenter)
My accounts was banned, I can´t use my Mastercard now, I already ask for a new one but will take a week to arrive.
Let me know if there is any service out there that can make this. Already searched for that, but I can´t find anything.

I've used physical prepaid cards on AdCenter w/o a problem.
I don't know about online VCC's, usually those don't work as well for that sort of thing.
Don't forget to clear your cache / cookies before logging into a new account.
Also, you might want to use a public WiFi hotspot just to be safe as they sometimes block IPs.
