What are my options for sourcing designers and developers (front-end mostly) that are at least vaguely familiar with performance marketing??
The stuff I can’t do myself or don’t have time to do, I outsource on eLance and Freelancer. I’ve had some success, but I find that I have to do a lot of hand-holding to get the projects to be conversion focused.
I guess I’m looking for guys that know a little bit about the industry and can do some of the thinking themselves, rather than me having to outline everything down to a T.
Apologies if this isn’t the proper location to post this question, I’m a newb to STM so I thought I’d play it safe by posting in the Newbie section.

Odesk is another good site for outsourcing, you should be able to find a good freelancer there. Just make sure you use a flate rate or cap the maximum billable hours because others have been burnt there.
