If you sign up for Internet Retailer magazine (it's free), they have an ad for FB Ads with a coupon in almost every issue with a free $50 facebook credit for new advertisers. I just dug up like 6 of them but they all expired before this month so I don't think they'll do you any good unfortunately.
Have seen people selling them on fiverr also.
