Use Adobe Muse.

It has three settings Desk top / Tablet/ Phone
And its free.
All I did was reup for another 30 day trial after cleaning out the old install and signing in with a newly created user ID. No Ip change even needed.

I personally use JQuery Mobile to make all of my landers...but if you're a completely noob to coding, you still have a few options.

Disclaimer: I don't personally use any of these...but I've heard good things from others who do.

It seems like jquery mobile almost adds 100K to the size of a mobile lp. Am I doing something wrong do you think that increase in size is not such a big deal?

I'd strongly recommend avoiding anything that adds 100k to the size of your mobile lander, unless you're *really* sure that it's vital.
