What steps to take with new FB account? (agency account got banned)
Today my 500$ budget agency account got banned after 1.5 months of use. I had a few supposedly risky images, nothing too crazy. They have been approved for 1.5 month until a few days ago they decided to retro them.
I have been using the agency account with my home IP. ( which I also use to login to my personal FB account that got banned in 2012.)
My plan is to you use my dad's personal account.
However I have a few questions:
1. Should I be using a different IP when logged into my dads FB? Would refreshing my modem IP be enough? I do have a private IP that I bought from Astrill.com. Maybe use that? Or are those private ips risky?
2. Can I use the same CC that was linked to the banned agency account? And what happens if I add that CC to my dads FB account. Will the account get banned or the CC just wont be accepted?
Just to be sure I already have contacted the CC company and declared it as "lost" and acquired a new one.
3. Can I stick to using my desktop pc, or do I need a virtual machine? Or am I good with just a new IP?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Otherwhise I would consider buying another 500$ agency account (if my dads fb doesnt work out) anyone got one for face value with CC attached?
Cheers guys!

As somebody who's blackhatted $XX,XXX from Adsense advertisers via a 1-page site using a flawless "network" of computers:
You need to be SOMEBODY ELSE.
Don't use your CC. (Parents/brothers with different name, pay them to get a new CC that YOU use, you handle their tax situation when it comes around.)
Don't use your existing internet connection. (Buy a 3G/4G USB stick with internet, get prepaid or you're stuck in a contract. Your country should have several providers, so you can use them all for different accounts.)
You don't need a new PC (use common sense here!), a virtual machine is the same as your computer would be if you just cleaned it up a little bit. But use a new VM if you're paranoid (probably the best method if you have more than 2 accounts).

Cheers for the input! It does seem a little extreme though? :P Since the ban will happen soon again anyways. And with my dads Fb account I will be stuck to 250$ budget

since many bans happen recently after pay bumps.
I thought a CC with new # would be enough, and a new IP like using a vpn or refreshing the modem. I am still slightly uncertain about the neccessity of a VM, don't hear many mentioning it when it comes to FB accounts.

IP doesnt matters, they dont bann IPs. You can definitely use your dads account but use it from the IP that your dad was accessing it often from. Hit me up on skype if you need more help

Hi Vipin, this is new to me :P I thought it was al about IPs.
My dads FB is on the same IP just different computer as I live with my parents. Would that be ok? Im thinking of resfreshing my modems IP and then logging into my dads FB account for a few days and then acivate the ads manager.

Facebook is not google. They have abandoned the whole "new advertiser" angle. Only way I've seen anyone get accounts is with a legit old aged account. I've done a ton of tests, new residential IP's, virtual machines with unique fingerprints and app versions, new credit cards, new VCC's, everything. The things that matter for getting a new adwords/adsense account are completely different now than getting a facebook one. And from their perspective, they're doing the right thing. Who is going to JUST now register for a brand new Facebook account and then do nothing but submit an ad for their first task? Everyone has their pre-existing accounts, 99% of the time they will just use that. EVEN if they are legit and get locked upon submission of first ad, they can actually go thru with submitting their ID and getting it unlocked. The only people who are still making new accounts are blackhat AM'ers who've gotten banned and want to get back on.
edit: P.S. If you don't believe me, go look in the buy/sell section. Do you think the usual suspects would all be out of accounts, and Jason from A4d would be posting to buy new accounts if it were as simple as new VM + IP and installs?

True, making a new personal Fb account and instantly adding a CC and creating an ad is going to get the account banned in seconds. From my understanding it seems obvious to Fb that you created the account just to advertise. They want to see legit Fb accounts, adding a CC and creating ads on those wil work. So long the IP is consitent right? I had my personal Fb account banned because I logged in from several IPs which made it look suspicious.
One question though, is getting a new CC by claiming it's "lost" good enough? Or does it need to be new CC company with new name?

From my experience, you just need a consistent IP or it will look like a hack attempt. Anytime you have a new IP + modifying billing info = overall account lock, not just ads account lock. You could probably use the same CC, I've never tried it but I know that it's a huge security hole to be running operations and code of banned CC's vs non-banned. In fact, keeping CC's on file after someone has removed them in and of itself is way more risky than it's worth.
