Can you get booted off an offer you are running without notification?

Not sure if they have to give you notification or not, but something really weird just happened. I'm running a cupid offer on FB, and noticed in prosper that nothing converted in a while. I checked the stats in clickdealer, and saw that none of the clicks were registering for the past hour and a half. So I clicked on the offer and it says "offer does not exist." I went through the offer list, and they are still on there, but looks like I have to apply again...so not really sure what happened..

Did this happen to any of you guys before? Kind of sucks if I did get booted and was not notified, wasted $$$ sending traffic for nothing..

It's possible Clickdealer kicked you off the offer without letting you know. I agree that scenario would suck. Typically the networks I work with notify me if I'm being removed. I'd reach out to your AM.

That would really, really suck. Just E-mailed her, we'll see what she says. I mean that's kind of crazy if you're booted off an offer and no one lets you know about it. I probably lost a little over $100, not much money but still the principle..could have been much worse.

I've had it happen to me at a small uk network but usually you will be notified. I've always been notified on places like adsimlis, peerfly, etc.

It can happen and has happened to me and i made sure i was compensated for the traffic i lost because of that reason, i would reccomend you do the same, any network worth running with will compensate you.

Just watch out for Be2 on Adsimilis. They will indeed warn you but can cut you off days before they state they actually will. Lost a weeks traffic like this.

We always notify people. But every once in a while an email gets caught in the spam box. Also was there any cap?

It's all good! Apparently there was a problem on the advertisers side. My am said she will speak to the advertiser regarding compensating me for the traffic that I sent. Thanks guys!

We always will tell you in advance, let me know about your loss if you feel I didn't warn you on time!
