Have you ever received a bump by using that form? I have tried on multiple occasion and accounts and always get denied.

Yes, it works and i got my account gradually bumped when i first started. you need to spend in order to get it.

The fastest way to increase your spend limit is to just spend to that limit every day.

My personal account is banned. But I requested $5k/day we'll see what they say :P

Not sure if you mean you requested the 5k/day on the "banned" account but if so, they will just give you the same message they gave you originally for banning you.

Hahaha yeah they responded no.

"Hi Jason,

Unfortunately, we will not be able to increase your spend limit at this time. Please note, we take many factors into account when considering spend limit increases. These factors include spend history, ad characteristics, and user response to ads. However, the limit shown on your account is accurate, and you'll be able to spend up to that amount on any given day.

Was there a review along with it? Did they ask for your ID?

I got bumped from 2k/day to 5k/day through the request form back around the time they were going public.

From experience, they do review your account. If it checks out good, then you usually get the bump. Otherwise, either they say no or your account gets tossed down the drain due to the manual review. They don't ask for ID (from my experience).

be careful with asking for a spend bump this way..
the question will get a reviewer to look into your account, this can also get your account banned!

I am hearing a lot recently that people are getting banned when bumped. Wondering how many have not had this problem yet and got the bumps. So I am stuck for now with 250$ budget? Make it 500 and im happy for now!

Any tips on getting a personal fb account with 250 bumped to 500?

03-06-2013 01:48 AM #16 blackberry (Member)

keep spending max each day, for a few days. they usually review accounts after 750 a day spend from my experience.

But I heard that recently even a pay bump after 250$ is likely to get you banned. If I can get it to 500 for now I am happy. Have you succesfully had a pay bump recently?

I don't know why everyone is bugging out going from $250 to $500. There is no other way of doing it unless you submit the form. I went from $250 to 5K in less than 2 weeks on my legitimate account with no issues. If you aren't doing anything sketchy, then it wont be a problem.

Some people will say X, some people will say Y
I really think that most people get banned.

i had account with edu offers...when i try to bump it...i got banned.
Same for games...

I really think that the best way to handle FB these days is to contact the Winklevoss ...

What kind of bump was it? From 250$ to 350 or 500 whatever it is?

250$ both

Would it be less risky if I were to do it via the form from 250 to 500, rather than having to spend the limit? Probably no yes or no answer

Hey guys, from my experience of pushing volume for years now on
FB... Never ask for anything. Don't ask for a bump, don't contact support. If you want to stay under the radar this how you do it. Spend your limit everyday till you reach 1k. Get an insider or paid referral to bump your account above 1k. Or allow them to randomly bump your account. it does happen. Don't fill out the form or your account will get monitored and most likely lead to a ban within a few weeks depending on what you are promoting. Hope this tip helps. This is what has worked for me to stay in business on FB with volume. Cheers

I actually used this on my account that was at 500.00 and asked for an increase to 2k. In less than two hours they accepted the request!

Did you have any preexisitng affiliate campaigns dirty or not on that account? Also did they make you submit an ID before you got the increase? Just wondering if it would really be as easy as requesting a bump on an account you have clean campaigns on just for the purpose of getting a high daily spender account.

07-14-2013 10:42 AM #33 othersideinc (Member)

i am thinking of a legit campaign to run that will at least break even while getting the small raises. Cloaked campaigns get busted when they lift from 250 in my experience. Any thoughts on that guys?

I had zero campaigns running. I just wasted about 1500 getting myself to 500 limit then I simply requested 2k and got it an hour + later. They did not ask for my ID.

07-15-2013 09:22 AM #35 Philwil (Member)

Woah 1500 spend to get a 500 and no returns? But the 2k is worth it now risky move but nice!

Maybe the key is to not be running any campaigns clean or not. That being said your throwing away a good chunk of money by not running anything.

I am currently on the standard $50 limit and looked at the Facebook contact form, but only see the option to request for $500 limit. They skipped the $250 or is it because im not in the US? Or do I need a different form?

$250 is automatic when you phone verify the account.

Thnx! I just verified my phone. However still have the $50 limit. Guess it will take some time before you get the 250 limit?
